Clear crisp day marks special parkrun for Anne Blues and James Grinbergs
On a crisp, clear December day at Frenchfield, with wisps of early morning mist hanging low over the River Eamont, 163 runners, walkers and joggers braved the cold to take part in the 379th Penrith parkrun.
