I en pressemelding på deres egne nettsider tirsdag kveld, datert onsdag 4. august, skriver Langley Holdings at de har signert kjøpsavtalen. Pressemeldingen ble senere avpublisert. Prisen for fabrikken er 63 millioner pund på gjelds- og kontantfri basis.
