Higher rate of broek broken water main breaks. Reporter the Water Department says with bitter arctic cold coming this week its the season. December through march we have the highest volume of breaks we have crews working 12hour shifts, six days a week. As breaks come in were able to respond as quickly as possible. Reporter he says the plan is to try to get those center southbound lanes open within the next 30 to 40 minutes to get a little traffic flow at rush hour.
