Let’s get right to it! News We’re getting close to the June 25th release date of Mario Golf: Super Rush, and Nintendo has started offering up more details on the game. A new trailer for the game was posted on Nintendo’s YouTube channel that goes over many of the game’s features and mechanics. It also reveals the entire starting roster of 16 characters, which includes most of the usual suspects along with odder choices like Chargin’ Chuck and King Bob-Omb. It also talks about the many different modes, with further elaboration on the new Speed Golf and Battle Golf modes. The game looks terrific, if I may say so. And I may, because this is my article.
Europe â Dutch court orders Uber to reinstate six drivers fired for app fraud (ITV News) 16 April 2021 A court in the Netherlands has ordered Uber to reinstate six drivers that it dismissed for fraud, following legal action by the App Driver & Couriers Union, reports ITV News. Uber failed to contest the case so, in a default judgement, the Amsterdam District Court accepted the unionâs claim that the drivers were fired unlawfully by Uberâs computer algorithm. The union argued that the app sometimes makes errors. A driver in London, Abdifatah Abdalla, was fired by Uber last year after the app detected two attempts to access his account from two different devices in two locations that were far apart. Uber accused him of sharing his account. He insists he didnât. Uber informed Abdalla he was being âdeactivatedâ on 27 September 2020 because of âevidence indicating fraudulent application activityâ. Uber didnât provide any evidence to support the decision and still hasnât. Uber reported his dismissal to Transport for London which then ordered Abdalla to return his private hire licence.

Uber didn’t provide any evidence to support the decision and still hasn’t. Uber reported his dismissal to Transport for London. On 13th October, TFL informed Abdifatah he was no longer considered “fit and proper” to hold a private hire licence and he was ordered to return it. “I’ve lost all my income because of what they did to me,” Abdifatah told ITV News. “I lost my Uber job, I lost my job with Kapten, with Bolt, I lost all my mini-cabbing. When they shut you down everywhere, then you feel you are in a dark place. There is nothing you can do because you are hopeless, you feel helpless”.
