Phillipe on that saturday, Police Responded to reports of a dead child on the 300block of el cajon drive in south san jose. Thats when the child was discovered and rushed to a hospital where he was later pronounced dead. Police say an autopsy report confirms the child was at somepoint sexually assaulted. And, investigators believe lopez did it. it was very sadistic it was very graphic, the way this child the manner that this child was killed. i cant even begin to fathom what the moms going through and what the familys feeling and all that.
