Joanna Simon died on October 19th of thyroid cancer at age 85 -- with Lucy Simon passing the next day of metastatic breast cancer at age 82. The Simon's brother, noted photographer, Peter Simon, died in 2018 at the age of 71. The Simon's are the children of Simon & Schuster co-founder Richard L. Simon.
