Such is the breadth of Joe Brennan's back catalogue that within minutes of speaking to someone he can think of a story suited to their needs, a tale likely to capture their imagination. And he will be using that ability, and plenty of others, over the course of the next two months as he begins 'The Tale-a-Phone Exchange', a new campaign launched by Wexford Age Friendly and the Arts Office at Wexford County Council.
