State Farm agent opens Thibodaux office The Courier and Daily Comet State Farm Agent James Matassa and his staff recently held a grand-opening and ribbon-cutting for his new office at 403 La. 308 in Thibodaux. He has been a State Farm Agent in Lockport since 2006. With the retirement of Mike Bednarz after 40 years with State Farm, Matassa decided to open the Thibodaux office. State Farm allows agents performing at a top level to run multiple offices.
