Established in 1925 as a local small crop farm in Pelion, SC, Walter P. Rawl & Sons has grown into a national, multi-generational business, selling leafy greens and specialty vegetables. A clear understanding of consumer demands for sustainability has driven innovation and success. “Today’s consumer is more likely to prefer packaging that is recyclable and we have heard that message from them for years,” said Ashley Rawl, vice president of sales, marketing and product development, as well as grandson to founder Walter P. Rawl.

Walter P. Rawl and Sons has been providing fresh vegetables from its family farm in Pelion, SC, for almost a century.  As it does every year, the company will soon be headed to the New York Produce Show & Conference and is looking forward to the myriad opportunities that the show presents. 

WP Rawl will debut a new sustainable packaging solution for its line of Nature's Greens triple-washed leafy greens. "For generations our company has grown vegetables that are good for our bodies," said Ashley Rawl, vice president of sales, marketing and product development. “As leaders in the leafy greens industry, we're excited to contribute with greens that are good for our environment too."
