Of policy and culture, literally, or longer than i have been alive. so watching the remarks was incredibly interesting. but we certainly see them trying to figure out where they re going to one on in the 2022 midterms. and this is a republican party that really lacks any kind of legitimacy as a party, and the broader american screen, where folks are reasonable. so they re trying to return to notions of hard on crime, notions around, you know, democratic policies, expanded social safety net, relief, taking the economy. these are bread and butter republican issues. they always mobilize those bread and butter rollicking issues on the backs of black people, so they criminalized black men in one way, and then they sort of assert that there is no need to be in solidarity with black women in a another way. and i think that we should see that we mix here. and be clear that that is what they use to do, because there is no argument that kbj, as she is being called, is qualified. she s eminently ....

Those demands. but it s very unlikely they re willing to go to war with russia if they don t see eye to eye on putin s demands. decisive action, then, i wonder if, richard haass, that ends up ringing a little hollow if you re vladimir putin. i don t think so. the economic sanctions would be quite significant, even if necessarily not all the europeans would join them. we re arming ukraine. that would significantly increase the military and human cost to the russians. it s one thing to come into ukraine and assert control. it s another thing to hold ukraine. as the united states learned the hard way in the middle east, russia learned the hard way, the soviet union learned the hard way in afghanistan, the long term costs of a serious invasion of ukraine would be really high to russia and to putin. plus nato would take all these steps to strengthen itself and pose some of the risk that mr. putin is complaining about now but which doesn t yet exist. ....
