HALIFAX -- Prince Edward Island is reporting two new cases of COVID-19 Tuesday, as it lays out plans to reopen its borders. New Brunswick reported 16 new cases of COVID-19 Thursday. 10 of those cases were discovered in the Fredericton health zone, and the other six were spread across the Moncton, Saint John, Edmundston and Bathurst regions.
