NH Business Review Fairbank Lodge to feature condos, new ski facilities April 28, 2021 The planned Fairbank Lodge will be located in the base area of Cranmore Mountain Resort. Cranmore Mountain Resort in North Conway has unveiled plans to build a new lodge as part of its multiyear development plan. The new Fairbank Lodge, part of the Kearsarge Brook II Condominiums at Cranmore, will be located the resort’s base area. The proposed new building will feature 15 residential condominiums and new ski facilities for resort guests. Once all permits are in hand, Cranmore expects to break ground in the spring of 2022. According to The Conway Daily Sun, on April 22, the Conway Planning Board approved the developers’ request for concurrent site plan and subdivision review for the project. ....
