Wapello County’s former prosecutor avoided a license suspension as the Iowa Supreme Court opted for a public reprimand for calling judges “b ches” and making sexually charged comments to his staff.
Calling the case “a cautionary tale for lawyers about the bounds of proper advocacy when defending against ethics charges,” the court suspended the license of Mike Mbanza of Coralville.
