Just from the video we were able to get, we believe that investigators are surrounding a house on the 700 block. We have not been able to get close to the scene. Earlier this evening there were lots of emergency crews on sce scene. We were told by Atlantic Police they also sent in help for Ventnor Police and assisting in with the scene. We also just learned little bit ago that the Prosecutor Office is on scene. We are waiting to hear from them but in the men time we spoke to resident who tells us horrifying sound he heard when he was sitting in his living room. Watching tv laying in the living...
