According to Chief Deputy District Attorney C.J. Robinson, Ronald Jason Mann entered a guilty plea on Thursday. Robinson said he will likely be sentenced within the next few weeks so the vicimt’s family has the chance to be present. “This way we can offer the family some finality so they can start the process of moving passed this part of the healing process,” Robinson said
Bond revoked for Prattville man charged with murder in death of his newborn son [Montgomery Advertiser] PRATTVILLE — The Prattville man charged with reckless murder in the death of his newborn son has had his bond revoked. Christopher Lamar Chase Hundley, 32, faces charges in the case and was out on a bond of $250,000, courthouse records show. Autauga District Judge Joy Booth entered an order Monday revoking his bond, following a bond hearing on Dec. 18 The infant’s name was Adriel Joseph Quinn Hundley. He lived 38 days. Hundley is Adriel’s father. Booth ruled that Hundley’s arrest Dec. 12 on charges of resisting arrest and failure to obey a police officer were reason to revoke his bond.
