it is tempting. you could be president. that s big. that sounds like someone is dabbling, that s for sure. there is a big speech at the reagan presidential library tonight. republican fund-raisers across the country this week and word from friend and the former new jersey governor tom keane that christie is now seriously considering a late entry into the gop race. here is tonight s truth. he isn t running. and while he s listening closely, very closely, to friends and fund-raisers begging him to reconsider, the best bet is that governor christie stays on the sidelines. why? well, for starters, the governor s greatest strength as a politician is he s viewed as a straight shooter, a guy who calls it like he sees it. and this is how he sees himself. i don t feel like i m ready to be president. i don t want to run for president. i don t have the fire in the belly to run for president. so i say take the governor at his word, especially when he adds this. you know, ....

Reports of fatalities or injuries. and the debris starts flying around at 150 miles per hour, there is bound to be serious damage. adrian, with our kdfw affiliate is 50 miles south of dallas. reporter: we are in avalon, about an hour south of dallas and you can see, there is plenty of cleaning up to do. the folks who live here are just trying to catch their breath. and, trying to clean up all of this damage and debris and you can see for yourself, how much damage was left behind and this is the roof of a home, that flew about a block in the direction, and towards me, and you can see, all of the debris on the ground, gutters, and a board with nails sticking out of them and you can see pilings and, the roof of the gym was also severely damaged. we can tell you, though, no one was hurt in this storm. but, there is a possibility that as many as a dozen storms touched down, in the north texas area leaving plenty of widespread damage, you can see, ....

The trees here, some of the limbs are down and there are cables and wires, in that mess over there. so, plenty of cleaning up to do. some of the homes around here, the roof torn off, they were flying through the air, like projectiles, like arrows and enough damage in this area, in avalon, that dozens of people, roughly 75 people, had to spend the night in a shelter at a local school here, and we anticipate that the national weather service will send meteorologists in this direction, to check out the damage, and to see how strong the tornados were that hit this area. alisyn: obviously, the video of all of this the twister is jaw-dropping, and we want to underscore something now, please, never put yourself in personal danger, but if you do have compelling pictures or video you would like to us see, send them to ureport@foxnews.com and we ll take a look at that. bill: we get great information, ....

Region? reporter: exactly. suzanne, until now, those shutdowns have really been confinedjapan, but now we re hearing toyota put out a warning at all north american plants telling them to prepare for possible shutdowns. this is because of a shortage of supplies that usually come from japan. now, if these shutdowns were to happen, they would happen in canada, in mexico and here in the u.s. here in the u.s. most of the plants are pretty much in kentucky, west virginia and tennessee. now, some of the models that would be affected, the list is kind of long. i ll go through some of them. it would be the camera and avalon, tacoma, tundra, highlander, sequoia suvs. keep in mind, these shutdowns are not definite as of yet. toyota says it is continuing to assess the situation, suzanne. and allison, other car companies perhaps shutting down as well in the united states? reporter: well, analysts say, you know, this could only be the beginning because we could see this spread industrywide. i ....
