Rest. Right. The Controllers Office has analyzed the cost and benefits and shows there is an overall savings of 40,000 per year on an on going basis. This is derived from 60,000 a year in regular salary savings. This is capturing a reduce in the over time in an allowing us to schedule a straight time rather than over time basis and there is a 20,000 cost associated with this because the shifts that are used up there are 12hour shifts because its a remote location and the type of job it is.
