New Jersey Mini WARN Act Awaits Governor's Signature
New Jersey moved closer to implementing changes to the state’s mini WARN Act. The New Jersey Legislature recently passed a bill, Assembly Bill No. 4768 that will allow major revisions to the law to take effect in 90 days upon enactment and add requirements for employers.
