As far as remaining calm, shelter in place, we actually have several witnesses who observed the offense and gave us some very pertinent information. Reporter this is the suspect who was shot after a domestic dispute in which he reportedly stabbed a woman and threatened a Security Guard with his knife. It happened at 12 45 this afternoon. A source close to the investigation tells news4 it began at Kaiser Permanente on Second Street northeast near the entrance to Union Station. The man and woman were arguing.
