I just passed yesterday speaking with her and i saw her outside laughing and fun going about her normal day. But its a shock. Reporter the bus driver is identified as 48yearold paul roper. Initially it was unclear if the driver knew the woman was hit. And now we understand those charges have been filed. We reached out to the transport Workers Union local 100. The union that represents the bus driver. We got a statement back that says, its a terrible tragedy. Very early stage in the investigation. So there will be no further comments from the unity.
