Power plants in quake-hit areas now online

MANILA - Major power plants in Mountain Province and Benguet that went on outage on Wednesday due to the magnitude 7 earthquake that hit the northern parts of Luzon were connected back to the grid Thursday morning, the Department of Energy (DOE) said in a statement.
