बलरामपुर से जिलापंचायत अध्यक्ष के लिए आरती तिवारी को निर्विरोध अध्यक्ष चुन लिया गया है।आरती तिवारी ने अपने निकटतम प्रतिद्वंद्वी को लगभग आठ हजार मतों से पराजित किया था। कलेक्ट्रेट में आरती के अलावा कोई भी नामांकन दाखिल करने नहीं पहुचा।

उत्तर प्रदेश के बलरामपुर से जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष पद के लिए बीजेपी प्रत्याशी को निर्विरोध चुन लिया गया है। बीजेपी प्रत्याशी के अलावा किसी और दल ने अध्यक्ष पद के लिए नामांकन नहीं किया। वहीं विपक्षी समाजवादी पार्टी ने जिला प्रशासन पर पक्षपात का आरोप लगाया है। बीजेपी ने जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष पद के लिए स्नातक की छात्रा आरती तिवारी को प्रत्याशी बनाया था। आरती के नाम की घोषणा जिले में चर्चा का विषय बनी रही।
शनिवार को आरती के अलावा कोई और नामांकन के लिए नहीं पहुंचा। ऐसे में आरती को निर्विरोध जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष चुन लिया गया। आरती के जीत की औपचारिक घोषणा अभी बाकी है। आरती सिर्फ 22 साल की हैं।
समाजवादी पार्टी ने लगाया आरोप
नामांकन दाखिल करने के लिए जाते समय समाजवादी पार्टी की प्रत्याशी किरण यादव के समर्थकों जिला प्रशासन पर आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि पुलिस ने चेकिंग के नाम पर प्रत्याशी किरण यादव की गाड़ी घंटो तक बिना किसी कारण के रोके रखी, ताकि वह जिलाधिकारी कार्यालय न पहुंच सकें।
वहीं, एसपी के वरिष्ठ नेता और पूर्व मंत्री डॉ. एसपी यादव ने पुलिस- प्रशासन पर किरण यादव के अपहरण का आरोप लगाया और कार्यकर्ताओ के साथ धरने पर बैठ गए। डॉक्टर यादव ने कहा कि प्रत्याशी को जानबूझकर सरकार के दबाव में रोका गया, जिससे एसपी प्रत्याशी अपना नामांकन दाखिल न कर सकें और बीजेपी का प्रत्याशी जीत जाए।
कौन हैं आरती तिवारी आरती तिवारी
आरती बलरामपुर एमएलके डिग्री कॉलेज से स्नातक कर रही हैं। उनके चाचा श्याम मनोहर तिवारी बीजेपी के पुराने कार्यकर्ता माने जाते हैं। आरती ने लगभग 8 हजार वोटों से अपने प्रतिद्वंद्वी को मात दी और जिले में सबसे कम उम्र की जिला पंचायत सदस्य का खिताब अपने नाम किया।
विकास का किया वायदा
आरती ने नामांकन के बाद मीडिया से मुखातिब होते हुए कहा कि हम जो जिम्मेदारी मिली है उसका हम निर्वहन करेंगे और विकास मेरा एजेंडा है। जो क्षेत्र विकास से अछूते हैं वहां विकास होगा। इस दौरान कैसरगंज से सांसद बृजभूषण सिंह, बलरामपुर के प्रभारी सुधीर हलवासिया, विधायक कैलाश नाथ शुक्ला, विधायक, शैलू सिंह, सदर विधायक पलटू राम , उतरौला विधायक रामप्रताप वर्मा सहित कई लोग मौजूद रहे।

Balrampur (Uttar Pradesh) [India], March 15 (ANI): All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) chief Asaduddin Owaisi on Sunday alleged that Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath-led government has been targeting Muslims as 37 per cent of the encounters in Uttar Pradesh in three years had been done against the people of the minority community.
Addressing a public rally in Balrampur, Owaisi said, "As many as 6,475 encounters took place between 2017 and 2020. Of those who were killed in encounters, 37 per cent were Muslims. After all, why is this oppression happening? Is the government working as per the Constitution? This will be decided by the people of Uttar Pradesh."
