tie in wisconsin and pennsylvania but in michigan a 3 point difference lead for trump and a 6% lead for trump in georgia. >> looking at the position you are in, if you are advising the biden campaign are you worried? >> if the election were held today trump might win narrowly. that's not helpful. some of those states, georgia and arizona not on their but the president trailing slightly. he can still win this election if he wins pennsylvania, michigan and wisconsin. if he can hold the blue wall there where it is close or head slightly in wisconsin he can still win, even lose in some states he won last time. i would note in arizona and florida, a stable publicans like to laugh at democrats when saying we can compete there, there are very challenging referendums on the ballot on women's right to choose which arizona is going back to 1864 saying you can't exercise reproductive freedoms, florida has a 6-week band.

of a fly in the ointment. a band of cloud, perhaps some showery rain, especially across parts of eastern scotland and north—east england. a few showers grazing into the south—east corner where it will still be quite breezy. once again the best chance of sunshine out towards the west. and western counties of northern ireland could get all the way up to 18 degrees. some eastern counties of england may only get 8 or 9 degrees. this weather front is still with us as we move through sunday night and into monday. along the line of that frontal system we will keep quite a lot of cloud. we will keep some outbreaks of rain, particularly across central and eastern parts of england. there will be some spells of sunshine around but generally i think across the uk, quite a cloudy story on monday, but it is underneath this weather front that temperatures really well struggle, maybejust eight, nine or 10 degrees in places. pretty disappointing for this time in april. as we move through monday night and into tuesday that old, dying weather frontjust continues to journey southward.

let's speak to our correspondent in washington, helena humphrey. she's there at capitol hill following the vote. it's been a long haulfor this bill. tell us what is happening right now. certainly has been a long haulfor this bill. now we've got to this stage where they're dumb at those debates have wrapped up. we have the first bill coming to the floor right now, it's got about six minutes left on the clock for that, with or goes to border security. it's likely to fail. it would need a two thirds majority. this is calling for more stringent restrictions with regards to the southern border at a time when we have seen record levels in recent months of migrant crossings. then we move onto this kind of catchall bill with regards to potential for a tiktok band, iranian sanctions, using russian assets and seizing them to pay for funding for that aid for ukraine, and then we go to the real nuts and bolts of what we are going to be watching very closely today about foreign aid
