Marsella said the project will be a $13-million investment to create a hall occupied by a dozen local restaurants with kitchens of 250 square feet each. Nine of the kitchens will be vented, he added. There will also be bars, probably two, and unique spaces reserved for seating. Outdoor space is also planned, with the first area to be between the hall and the former Luxe Burger Bar, which Marsella s firm owns. Whatever they do within the former Luxe space will be complementary to the food hall, he added. Summer 2022 is when first diner is expected to walk through the door, he said.
