King Willem-Alexander will present the stand-up comic, television presenter, writer and satirist with the award at a ceremony at the Royal Palace on Dam Square in Amsterdam. The king's mother, Princess Beatrix, will also be in attendance during the November 28 event, the government's press office announced on Monday.
