HORSHAM â A Horsham man must answer to charges in Montgomery County Court that he possessed and distributed child pornography while using internet file sharing software on his home computer equipment. Xing Jian Ge, 23, of the 400 block of Barbin Street, was ordered to stand trial, after a preliminary hearing before District Court Judge Harry J. Nesbitt, on charges of possessing child pornography, distribution of child pornography and criminal use of a communication facility in connection with alleged incidents that occurred between September 2020 and January 2021. Ge remains free after posting bail to await his formal arraignment hearing on the charges in county court, after which a judge will set a trial date. As conditions of bail, authorities said Ge is to have no nefarious internet usage and no contact with minors. ....

Early Tuesday morning, Diana Brice s body was found in the 5800 block of Eastwick Boulevard, near Lindbergh Boulevard, in Philadelphia, according to police. She was last seen leaving the K Laundry at 544 Church Lane in Yeadon with her boyfriend, Justin Smith, 23, around 1 p.m. on March 30. Police received a missing persons report for her on Tuesday, March 30. Smith likewise has gone missing and Upper Darby Police Superintendent Tim Bernhardt said Smith has not yet been found. ....
