The results of a recent survey by the online organization “Upgraded Points” are… well… chilling! Connecticut residents are projected to have the11th largest increase among all states in utility bills this winter. Here in Connecticut, where folks primarily rely on heating oil to heat their homes, residents saw average household utility costs of $389 each month during the winter of 2019 and 2020.
