The Spartanburg Police Department is asking for the public's help to track down a man who was caught on camera stealing rent money from drop boxes using mouse traps.Maj. Art Littlejohn said the man is responsible for three thefts, one on Sunday and two on Monday.The first one happened at the Timber Creek Apartments, at 501 Camelot Drive.The second two happened at Roland Management, at 434 Marion Avenue and at Chase Furnas and Company, at 858 John B. FILE A Charter Communications worker was killed in a South Carolina shooting and standoff that also wounded two public workers repairing a sewer main, a deputy and a woman inside the home where the shooter was barricaded, authorities said.
