Heavy rain and gusty winds, flooding streets and toppling trees. Good afternoon, im anne makovec. Im michelle griego. The storm hit the north bay first and hasnt let up. In sonoma county, a large tree came down over part of highway 116 near forestville. It hit communication lines around 8 a. M. Crews are working to clear it. Most cars had to turn around at flooded green valley road near sebastopol but some drivers took a chance, made it through the rushing waters. We have Live Team Coverage this afternoon.
