Senate Majority Leader Mitch Mcconnell this afternoon announced he is delaying a vote that was supposed to happen this week until after the 4th of july recess that will buy him and his fellow Senate Republican leaders some time to make changes to the bill, to get a new analysis from the Congressional Budget Office, and then, of course, more importantly, to try to convince enough republicans here are a bunch of them who are opposed right now to this bill and convince them the new plan is the way to go.
