The Pennsylvania Senate and House of Representatives have before them anti-driver/anti-safety legislation, Speed Trap Bills HB 606, HB 134, SB 419, and SB 544, granting RADAR/LIDAR to municipal police and Moving RADAR to State Police. The Legislature needs to follow Basic Tenets of Speed Laws: Laws protect the public by regulating unreasonable or unsafe actions. Actions of a reasonable person should be legal.
