The Delhi High Court has issued a defamation notice to BBC over the controversial documentary on PM Modi called ‘India: The Modi Question’.
The NGO in its plea stated that BBC's documentary casts a slur on the reputation of India, its judiciary as well as PM Modi.
The petitioner argued that the content shown in the documentary against RSS and VHP was done with malacious intent and intended to defame the organisations and its workers., India News, Times Now
