Quite the douseing of rain this morning. Were not quite out of the woods just yet. Were taking a close look at the radar. This rain inching along toward the east, southeast. The Flash Flood Warnings in red. The flood in green. These Flood Warnings, this one across page and shenandoah goes until 4 00. Cull pepper, that goes until 1 30 this morning. Some places have seen 3 to 4 inches of rain. Stay away from high fastmoving water. In it looks like one of the handest hit areas is wood stock virginia. Youve been sending us great photographs.
