Knife. Today marks exactly one year since a man raped and killed a 66yearold woman in dubuque. And at seven oclock tonight, family and friends will be gathering to remember the victim, nancy krapfl. Police say krapfl was out for a morning walk last september when Helmon Betwell beat her and raped her. He was 19 at the time.
