That is the official reopening of The Goring hotel's Michelin-starred restaurant, The Dining Room, following an extensive redesign – and it's set to reveal a feast for the eyes as well as the appetites. Being the last remaining family-owned luxury hotel in London, it's set its own stride in the world of exceptional hospitality, delivered with impeccable manners and a subtle streak of wit.
