He was looking for anybody coming to take him into custody. To know when police were coming not so he could escape but he could know when to kill himself. We saw video today of the hallway outside of his room and then inside the room a rifle on the floor. And a room Service Table outside in the hall. Earlier today we heard the accounts of several firefighters for las vegas and clark county, they were at the concert off duty but when the sound of continuous gun fire rang out they became on duty fast.
