Neoma Ruth Gill, age 87, of Flora, Illinois, passed away Tuesday evening, January 10, 2023, at the Burge House in Flora. She was born November 6, 1935, in Louisville, the daughter of Harold and Pauline (Clifton) Muesing. She was united in marriage to Galen Ray Gill on December 29, 1956, in Louisville, and together they have celebrated 66 wedding anniversaries. Neoma was a 1953 graduate of Urbana High School, and loved attending her class reunions, never missing one. Elaine P. Todd, age 94, of Flora, Illinois, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, September 22, 2022. She was born October 6, 1927, in West Frankfort, to Frank Bush Price and Verda Irene Price. Elaine married William "Bill" Robert Todd on March 3, 1946, in East St. Louis while he was on leave before shipping out for Germany.
