Elaine P. Todd, age 94, of Flora, Illinois, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, September 22, 2022. She was born October 6, 1927, in West Frankfort, to Frank Bush Price and Verda Irene Price. Elaine married William "Bill" Robert Todd on March 3, 1946, in East St. Louis while he was on leave before shipping out for Germany. They celebrated 56 years of marriage until his death on November 9, 2002. Elaine first worked as a secretary in a law firm in West Frankfort.
