DEEPLY INTERESTING FINDINGS FROM BLUE HOLES This year, Mote scientists undertook some of their deepest and most challenging missions yet into the Gulf of Mexico’s blue holes—underwater caves, springs and sinkholes being explored for their unique biology, chemistry and structure.
