Changes werent supposed to happen yet. Thats right. It comes as quite a surprise for a lot of people. Especially drivers. The reason for the change was simple. San jose and department of transportation were afraid it would rain this weekend. And so crews came in and simply made the changes overnight. How its working, well like any diet, it will take a while to see results. Many people in willow glenn were pleasantly surprised.
