Berkeley fraternity. These could have been prevented. Things get too out of hand and, you know, things like this unfortunately happen. It is shocking and disappointing but thats normal to a college campus. People party and things get out of hand. As a parent that hurt ands who would want to be in this type of situation when you send your child off to college to learn. Police arent releasing any information about that young man right now.
