At the intersection. It is amazing to see this. It is a busy area next to the Moscone Center and center and we have seen children on field trips walk past this. Despite the work, the city is still moving. The water has been rerouted so people would live and work in the area should not be see their service affected. The intersection at 4th and howard in San Francisco looks different at 3 00 a. M. A water main burst in the middle of the street. It let out a nonstop flow of water for an hour plodding flooding the busy area. The water rushed into the parking garage flooding the loading dock and th...
