Chandigarh, April 8 Punjab CM Capt Amarinder Singh today urged PM Narendra Modi to clear the state’s proposal for Rs 937-crore projects, including the development of Anandpur Sahib as Smart City, to pay befitting tribute to 9th Guru Sri Guru Teg Bahadur whose 400th Prakash Purb is being celebrated this year.
