Now of course, the claim that there was no vaccine when he came into office was just demonstrably untrue. The vaccine came out in December. The reason that we had it is because of the extraordinary effort to President Donald Trump and Operation Warp Speed that got a vaccine done in historically record time. Before Biden came in, President Donald Trump had vaccine distribution over 1 million doses a day. You don’t do that without both a vaccine and a plan.
