from the scene that morning. now this lawsuit was filed by sean who is an oakland fire paramedic. he has said that he doesn't know exactly how many people responded to the scene and doesn't know how long the care took to get to officer grant, but he has claimed that he's asked for an investigation into the care that grant received and he said because of his request that the investigated he's been retaliated against and that is part of the reason he's filing this lawsuit now in alameda county superior court. we found some youtube video of him explaning exactly what happened. here's wh...
