The Societies of Oklahoma City University will honor four women as new members of the organization during its 35th annual Awards of Excellence luncheon next week.
University of Oklahoma softball coach Patty Gasso recently entertained a crowd of mostly women as she talked about coaching, a “championship mindset,” how she learned to be a leader, and juggling being a mom and a wife while being a coach of a successful Division 1 team that was winning national championships.
The Oklahoma City University Societies honored four outstanding women for their extensive community service in raising more than $64,000 for the university during its annual Awards of Excellence lunch.
