dumpster fire, hasn't it. these are two people that are troubled and the details that are disturbing, they both accuse each other of abuse. and a lot of people have looked at amber heard's testimony and found some of the things that she's claimed dubious. the same could be said also of johnny depp and i think you see a little bit of that play out. and in terms of victims of abuse coming forward, regardless of how this shakes out, there may be people who take away from this that their allegations of abuse may not be taken seriously. it certainly would be unfortunate if that were the c...

Andrew ross sorkin. good to see you. this back and forth between the white house and bezos doesn't get us anywhere. prices are still through the roof for everybody buying groceries and gas. what did you make of the argument that jeff bezos is making? >> well it is a bit of a soap opera. and jeff bezos is not wrong in the following way. it is a different issue. taxes would have an impact on inflation in the short-term. but obviously taxes are a long-term issue. so the question of whether you want to have higher taxes on corporations, i think is either a philosophical one or a long-term economic...

Kind of interesting. one of the things that's worth pointing out is the bezos approach, the blue origin approach, does have a crew escape system. in other words, the capsule can be fired away from the rocket stack. if something goes wrong as they're flying toward the edge of space. so there is a level of safety there that, frankly, isn't available in the virgin galactic flight which doesn't have a crew escape system. beyond that, i think the other thing that's worth pointing out here is the pr panache of richard branson is absolutely galactic, right? it's unsurpassed. bezos doesn't quite have ...

Beast." how real is this a possibility it leads back to the white house? >> it is a real possibility. it is important to be extremely clear about what it is we think we know and what we truly don't know. what we think we know is michael sanchez, the brother of the woman that bezos appears to be dating, that he's the one who supplied ami with these texts, with these stolen texts and photos. what we don't know, however, is why he did this. who asked him to do it? what he was paid or what he was compensated for doing it. why ami seems so interested in making sure that bezos doesn't suggest that t...
