New details have been released following a deadly shooting at a home in Alfred on Monday.
James Crow, 40, had his first court appearance in York County Superior Court Wednesday. His brother said he has a history of post-traumatic stress disorder stemming from his time in Afghanistan.
According to the police affidavit, Crow confessed to the shooting and said, “he wasn’t a bad guy and that he didn’t mean to do it.”
Michael Scott, 41, of Wells, was apprehended without incident at an address in Wells, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.
Alexandra Vincent was taken to the York County Jail after appearing in a Massachusetts courtroom.
