Thesis Thursday airs six times every Thursday and features students sharing their research from the University of Arizona's Department of Environmental Science as well as the Undergraduate Biology Research Program (UBRP). Seven undergraduates will earn four university-wide awards at the May 13 Commencement ceremony.
The program is being led by Dr. Daniela Zarnescu, a Molecular and Cellular Biology faculty member and experienced Beckman Mentor. Faculty mentors are drawn from three UArizona departments within the College of Science: Chemistry and Biochemistry, Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, and Molecular and Cellular Biology.
