Bibliosan and Frontiers sign first Open Access Framework in Italy for Biomedical Institutions The first National Open Access Framework in Italy for Biomedical Institutions has today been signed by the Italian consortium of Biomedical Research Libraries - Bibliosan - and the leading open access publisher, Frontiers.
